The farm enjoys energy autonomy. It has solar and aeolic energy, its own
welt and a biologic sceptic tank, where the sewage is treated by plants.
These energy options are driven above all by the environmental principals
we wish to convey.
Biological agriculture (horticulture and fruit-growing) is another component
of the healthy and quality aspects of Quinta do Lago Silencioso. Several
fruits and vegetables are gown here, which make some of the moments
spent on the Farm very special and… delicious.
